Cancellation Policy

Upon arrival, you will be escorted to our men's or women's locker room. You will be provided with a locker to store your belongings and given a robe and slippers to relax in for the duration of your spa experience. Additional personal amenities are provided as needed. Locker rooms are equipped with a steam room and showers.Prior to your service you will be welcomed to our relaxation lounge, where your technician will greet you and discuss your treatment goals and expectations.
