This custom built 3,800 sq. foot home is the only licensed 8-bedroom rental home in the Galena Territory. This professionally decorated 8 bedroom, 8 ½ bath home is surrounded by several other rental homes in the same cul-de-sac. The main level features a wood burning fireplace, and plenty of seating in the family room to enjoy a fire and big screen TV. The dining room seats 16, and the spacious kitchen features granite counter tops, an island and stainless-steel appliances. A large deck overlooks the wooded acres of the North Golf Course. Comes complete with a custom grill.

All 8 bedrooms offer in-suite bathrooms. The master suite is located on the main floor and has a jetted tub. The upper level includes two queen bedrooms and one king bedroom with a sitting area in the loft.  The lower level has two king and two queen bedrooms.
The lower level includes a game room with a pool table, foosball table and wet bar.   You can also enjoy an 8-person hot tub* and fire pit in this expansive unit.  A large deck opens up to beautiful views of The Galena Territory, which makes this the perfect home for family reunions, corporate retreats, girls weekend get-away, or golf buddies' weekend and at the end of the day you can enjoy a relaxing soak in the 8-person hot tub.
